WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Please contact me to arrange. I am located in Nelson, New Zealand.
Courier Post
Shipping rates will be calculated at check out.
Once your order is collected by the courier, i'll provide you with a track and trace number for easy monitoring. For security, I use a signature required courier service. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions for collection.
All frames are made to order, so I aim to have them completed and posted within a week of the order being received. If you are in a particular hurry, please let me know and i’ll see what I can do.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
International delivery
I can ship to anywhere in the world, but the shipping rates shown when you place an order are for New Zealand only. Please contact me to find out shipping rates for your country.
Shipping restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Damage
All artwork will be packaged securely by me and should arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason your package arrives damaged in transit, please let me know within 3 days of dispatch, as my couriers do not accept claims after that timeframe. I’ll do my best to replace or refund your purchase.
